About
Krohub exists because running a small business should not require five subscriptions and a spreadsheet to glue them together.
Most small businesses end up with the same setup: employee details in one spreadsheet, attendance in another, payroll computed by hand, and stock counted from memory. It works right up until someone leaves, a formula breaks, or the numbers stop matching.
The software built to fix this is usually priced for companies with a finance department. Teams of five or fifty are left choosing between paying per seat for features they will never touch, or carrying on with the spreadsheets.
Krohub is our answer to that. It is a business operating system made of modules that share one company record — company structure, payroll, and, in time, inventory, point of sale, and ordering. You enable the parts you need, and they already know who your employees are and how your branches are organized.
Every module is free. Not a trial, not a limited tier — the whole thing, for as many people as you need. The project is supported by optional donations from teams who get value out of it.
What we believe
A short list, but we hold to it — these are the decisions that shape everything else.
No trial timer, no seat limits, no feature held back for a paid tier. If we ever need to fund the project, it will be through optional support — never by taking features away.
Most business software is designed for enterprises and then trimmed down. We start from the opposite end: the shop, clinic, or agency with a handful of staff and no IT department.
Payroll and records are not the place for surprises. We favour predictable behaviour, clear audit history, and exports you can hand to an accountant.
We would rather have three modules that work properly than nine that half-work. Each one ships when it can carry real payroll or real stock.
Roadmap
We ship a module when it can handle real payroll or real stock — not before.
Shipped
Organization structure, employee records, and full pay-run processing with payslips, reports, and approval history.
In development
Stock tracking per branch, movement history, transfers, and low-stock signals.
Next
Counter sales and order capture that write back to inventory, sharing one catalog across channels.
The fastest way to judge it is to set up your company and run a pay period. It costs nothing to find out.
