This policy explains what Krohub collects when you use the platform, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It applies to the public website and to any account you create.
If your employer created your account, they control the company records you appear in. Questions about that data are best raised with them first.
We use your data to provide the modules you have enabled, to keep your account secure, and to respond when you contact us.
Inside your company, access is governed by roles. An employee sees their own records; an administrator sees the records for the company they manage.
Outside your company, access is limited to the people operating the platform, and only when it is necessary to run or repair the service.
We rely on third parties for hosting, email delivery, and abuse prevention. They process data on our instructions and only to the extent needed to deliver their part of the service.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Payroll and company records are retained while you need them for your own reporting and compliance obligations.
When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your data rather than keeping it indefinitely. Some records may persist briefly in backups before they age out.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences such as your theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and access to production systems is restricted. No service can promise perfect security, but we treat payroll and personnel data as sensitive by default.
If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects how your data is used, notify account holders directly.
