Krohub is a business operating system — a set of modules that share one company record. Instead of running separate tools for staff records, payroll, and stock, you run them side by side on the same data.
Small and mid-sized businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not want enterprise pricing or a three-month implementation. Shops, clinics, restaurants, agencies, and similar teams.
Creating an account takes a minute. Adding your company structure and employees usually takes an afternoon, depending on how many people you have. You can import employee records in bulk rather than typing them in.
No. It runs in the browser on desktop, tablet, and phone. There is nothing to download and nothing to keep updated.
Yes. Every released module is free to use, with no seat limits and no credit card required. There is no trial that expires and no paid tier holding back features.
Through optional donations from teams who find it useful. Support is voluntary and unlocks nothing extra — donors and non-donors use the identical product.
We have no plans to put existing features behind a paywall. If that ever changed, we would give notice well in advance and your data would remain exportable.
Company records, payroll, and employee self-service are live. Inventories is in active development, and point of sale, ordering, and menus are planned.
No. Modules are opt-in. Enable payroll if you need payroll, leave the rest switched off, and turn them on later without redoing your setup.
Please do. Roadmap priority is driven largely by what people ask for, so send us a note describing the problem you are trying to solve.
Only the people you invite. Access inside your company is controlled by roles, so an employee sees their own records while an administrator sees the full picture.
Yes. Payroll runs, reports, and records can be exported for your accountant or your own archive. Your data is not held hostage.
Export what you need and close your account. We remove your company data on request rather than keeping it indefinitely.
